Our vision is place making. Places that are authentic, beautiful, and will stand the test of time. Our mission is to understand how people want to live and create places that facilitate that livelihood.

We plan, develop, and build communities from small scale in-fill to high density master plans with a passion for Traditional Neighborhood Design.
WHO WE ARE
We are stewards of our projects. We keep in mind the people who will live in these neighborhoods one hundred years from now. We focus on projects with the opportunity for long-term involvement.

Co-Founder and CEO
Levi Holmes
As a child, Levi spent weekends on the job sites of his father’s construction company. While getting his bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University he worked as a construction laborer. In 2012 Levi begin working in real estate building, remodeling and development. In his career he has planned, developed and/or built over 3,000 residential units. He likes old cars, old whisky, and all things Winston Churchill. His family is his passion. And he seeks to serve Christ as Lord in all things.
Co-Founder and General Counsel
Meredith Holmes
Meredith grew up in real estate. Some of her earliest memories are driving around with her father collecting real estate fliers. Meredith received her bachelor's degree from Pepperdine University and a law degree from Seattle University. She practiced law for a number of years before making the ultimate decision to stay at home to raise her four children. She loves sourdough, travel... and has an immense range of character voices when reading books to her children. Above all, she places her hope in the Triune God.
Project Manager
Crystal Sasso
Crystal was born in Wyoming but has spent most of her life locally in Bremerton. She worked in banking for over two decades and traveled the country managing the launch of new branches for Chase. She had a short stent as a 911 operator, which likely explains her ability to stay eerily calm under pressure. Afterwards, she took the plunge into real estate and has quickly grown her skills in all areas of the business. Crystal is a voracious reader, a bit of a movie buff, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
